When you sign up for the RCB program you receive on-going benefits including regular updates on free downloads, our up-coming mini-course and regular tips that you can use to stay focused, improve your form and stay on track for a lifetime of good health.

Therefore, when you order the Ripped, Cut and Buff Strength Lifting Program we ask you to provide your name and an email address to which we will occasionally send useful updates of interest to our member family.

How do you use the information you collect?

There are a number of reasons we gather information:

• As stated, we send information updates and notices of new products from the RCB on-line library – yours free.
• To improve your RCB experience. We use the data we collect to identify trends, common questions and other information that we can, then address, in newsletters, updates and other notifications. We continue to refine the RCB program based on the input of our members. We want to hear from you. We make it simple to reach us with your suggestions and concerns.
• To improve the delivery of information through the RCB web site. Again, this is your strength-building home on-line. If you have a suggestion on how we can improve our web site, we’d like to hear it. Again, by reaching out to members we simplify the process of making suggestions on how we can improve the delivery of information, instruction and motivation to you.
• To process transactions. We require a method of payment. You can use a credit card or make payment for lifetime membership in the RCB program through PayPal, Google Checkout or through other means.
• This transactional information, whether public or private, will never be exchanged, sold, transferred or given to any other company or business entity for any reason whatsoever, without your consent. The only use of this information is associated to the purchase of your RCB membership.
• Special Note: We don’t want to bother you, though we ARE confident that the updates and tips we send you periodically will improve the RCB experience. You may opt out of receiving these email notifications with a simple click. However, we encourage you to remain up-to-date on the latest on strength training, quality nutrition, applied exercise science and other topics that will improve the effectiveness of the RCB Strength Training Program.

RCB employs a web host, web designers and other trusted third parties. These third parties are required to sign an agreement honoring RCB's privacy policy. These individuals and companies have been carefully vetted and have long-established professional relationships with RCB publications.

Changes in the RCB Privacy Policy

If we change our terms of privacy those changes will be posted on this page of the RCB web site available for viewing.

You may opt out of the RCB program at any time by contacting us by email. Your name and all personal information will be removed from the RCB system. However, if you choose, at a later date, to again begin membership in the RCB program you will be required to purchase a new lifetime membership at the stated price at the time of your enrollment.
