Christopher S. Fee is a graduate of Springfield College, located in Springfield, Massachusetts, with a degree in Applied Exercise Science.

While attending Springfield College, Chris was a member of the college’s varsity football team his junior and senior year. While a member of the team, Springfield College won the Empire Eight Conference Championship and was selected to appear in the NCAA Playoffs.

Chris interned in strength and conditioning, working with the University of Connecticut football team before graduating and taking his current position at the Ivy League’s Yale University.

At Yale, Chris is responsible for developing strength and conditioning programs for the university’s softball team, men’s and women’s squash teams, men’s swimming team, men’s crew, men’s and women’s fencing and sailing teams.

Chris is a strong believer in maintenance of quality form and posture during workouts and a strong believer in building strength through both diet and exercise. He prepares the dietary guidelines for all of the teams he works with at Yale University as well as designing strength training programs that are designed to build overall strength, endurance and good health.
